At Pleasant Designs, all products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Digital Delivery Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link to access your purchased files. Delivery is automatic and instant in most cases. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive before contacting us.

File Formats Our digital products are delivered as PDF files. Please ensure you have a compatible PDF reader installed on your device before purchasing.

Download Issues If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at pleasantenterp@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

No Physical Shipping As all products are digital, no physical goods will be dispatched and no shipping charges apply. You will not receive a physical item in the post.

International Orders Our digital products are available worldwide. As nothing is physically shipped, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping delays.
