Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions: We're happy to issue a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You did not receive your download link after purchase

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases after the download has been accessed, or incompatibility with software not listed in the product description.
